    KASEM - means joy
    SRI - pronounced as “see” means glory

    KRUNGKASEM SRIKRUNG - the glory of a joyful capital

    The hotel name is usually called and known in short as “SRIKRUNG HOTEL”

    In the late 60s, the hotel was a commercial hub of the city during the flourishing time of train transportation. Nowadays, the hotel’s city center location has attracted leisure traveler from Asia and Europe seeking a comfortable budget hotel which convenient to travel to most of Bangkok’s shopping malls, cultural and local attractions.

    Conveniently situated on the right bank of Phadung Krungkasem Canal nearby the Railway Station. The well maintained 8-storey building vividly reflects the highly treasured modern architecture of some 50 years ago. A newly bridge which connects the Railway Station and Krungkasem Road makes access to the hotel a more convenient one.

For reaching the northern and eastern bus terminals takes just 20 minutes. Public buses, taxis and tuk-tuks are also available in the vicinity of the hotel all day.
